What are the services of iSend?

iSend offers express door to door delivery service. We offer 2 service type namely Next Day Delivery and Same Day Delivery Service whereby your item will be pick up from you and deliver to your destination within our coverage area within the day. You may track your item through our website. If the item fits in one of our Rush Pack (Regular or Large), you do not need to measure or weight the package as your shipping charges will be based on the pouch size.

If it does not fit in one of our Rush Pack and it is small than 38cm x 38cm x 38cm and lighter than 8kg, it will be considered as small parcel and the shipping charges will be fix as per our list price for small parcel.

How do I avail for shipping services of iSend or open an account?

To avail of the shipping services of iSend, you need to open an account. You can open an account in less than a minute. Simply visit our website at www.iSend.ph and click on the "Sign Up or Register" button.

Once you have an account with iSend, you will be assign with an account number and you can call our Hotline at 02-917 8111 to arrange your pick up.

What are the sizes of your pouch?

We have 2 sizes of plastic pouches.

Rush Pack - Regular

Size: 23cm x 36cm

Rush Pack - Large

Size: 31cm x 46cm

Shipping Documents

All you need to do is to complete our Consignment Note and hand them to our courier. They will attach your consignment note to your package and hand you a copy for your reference.

Billing

Once you have a iSend account, you will automatically enjoy bulk billing facilities. You will receive a Statement of Account on the 15 and last day of the month. You will then have 7 days to settle your bill from the date your Statement of Account is generated.

Fragile Items

For items that require the utmost care during pick up, transportation and delivery please mark your packages "FRAGILE" on the outside in clear text in more than one place.

Cancellation

You may cancel an order by logging into your account on www.iSend.ph. When cancelling you will be asked to state the reason why.

Note: Last minute cancellations will not be accepted.

COD (Cash-On-Delivery)

Select this feature if you have cash to be collected from your recipient. eg. For e-shops that need cash collection from their customers upon receipt of their ordered goods. For the safe handling of this cash and deposit to your bank account we charge a COD Handling Fee.

Note: Cash on Delivery does not refer to the fee charged for the delivery service itself ie. the fee charged for the same-day/next-day delivery.
