Terms of Service

The terms and conditions are the terms of the contract between you, the sender of the item and vRush. Upon tender of documents or merchandise to vRush, you shall be deemed to have accepted and agreed to the terms and conditions herein.


Claim for loss or damages of any vRush item must be claimed by the sender or the person authorized in writing by the sender and shall be made according to the following conditions:

  • Claim must be forwarded within 30 days from the date the item was posted.
  • Claim must be in writing and accompanied by proof or posting and a copy of valid identification.
  • Submitted to the nearest vRush Branch.

Extend of vRush liability

The liability of vRush for the lost or damaged item shall be strictly limited to the following amount, whichever is lower:

  • The actual amount of the loss or damage or a Maximum of PHP2500 per shipment.

Declaration of contents

The contents of items consigned must be declared in full. vRush will not refund or entertain any request for compensation if the declaration of contents is false, incomplete or misleading.


vRush shall not be held responsible for any external insurance claims or claims which differ from the information declared upon posting.

Fragile Items

It is important to label items as "FRAGILE" for deliveries that require delicate handling. "FRAGILE" must be marked on the outside of the package in large visible text and in multiple locations. Fragile items in particular include delicate foods such as cakes, glassware, artwork, chinaware etc. Please remember your item is being shipped by motorcycle and the Manila roads can be bumpy.

Consequential damages

vRush is not liable for any indirect loss, consequential damages or other indirect cost.

Charge for posting of Dangerous Goods

Cost of posting for vRush items that have been returned to sender on the grounds that the item contains dangerous goods or restricted items, shall be deducted from the posting charges to be refunded to sender, notwithstanding that the item has been posted intentionally or otherwise.

Posting of important document

Posting of original important documents such as Government Issued ID, passports, birth/ marriage certificates, cheque books, vehicle, road taxes, academic certificates or other important document is solely at the risk of the sender. The responsibility of vRush towards any loss or damage to the aforesaid documents is strictly limited to the rates as per note 2 above.

Prohibition-Item not be sent by vRush

Sending of dangerous or explosive items, prohibition items, cash and any high value items is strictly prohibited. vRush shall not be liable for any loss, damage or diminution in the value of the item posted or accepted for posting either intentionally or otherwise.

High Risk Zones

vRush reserve the rights to turn down deliveries/pick-ups in areas that are considered "High Risk Zones" for the safety of our staffs.

Our Guarantee

The sole compensation for all vRush Guaranteed service will be in form of a credit voucher that will entitle the bearer a free delivery of the same category or service type the next time.

Circumstances beyond vRush control

vRush is not liable for any loss, damage, delay or non delivery arising out of circumstances beyond vRush's control including but not limited to:

  • An 'Act of God' for example earthquake, cyclone, storm or flood.
  • ‘Force Majeure' for example war, embargo, vehicle crash or vehicle technical problems.
  • Any defect due to improper packaging not in accordance with vRush's requirement.
  • Item detained or confiscated item by Customs or other authorities.

Compliance to Delivery Standards

vRush will make every reasonable effort to deliver the items according to our standard transit time. However, this guarantee is limited only for vRush direct coverage area, completeness and accuracy of info provided and delivery commitment is calculated based on number of working days.

Unsuccessful deliveries

vRush will make every effort to deliver the shipments to the addressee. In the event delivery was not successful for reason beyond the control of vRush, we will place the shipments in our custody, for collection, for a maximum of 14 days. After which shipper will incur a return charge, as per our schedule of charges. vRush will make effort to contact shipper, where applicable, failing which shipment may be disposed off after 14 days of storage.
